Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

We offer worldwide shipping and strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delivery dates are estimates from our carriers, and delays can occur due to high shipping volumes during sales, holiday seasons, and territory lockdowns.

Shipping Times:

- Canada: 3-5 business days for major cities; rural areas may take longer, typically 7-10 business days or more.

- United States: 5-20 business days, depending on the state and location.

- International: 10-20 business days (up to 40 in some cases, depending on customs and destination).

Flat Rate Fees:

- Canada and United States: CAD $15 for orders under CAD $150

- International: CAD $40

- Hazardous Materials: Additional CAD $10 (e.g., acetone, alcohol)

Note: Some remote areas and specific countries may incur higher shipping fees. The final shipping rate will be confirmed at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over CAD $150 within Canada and the United States, excluding Vancouver, international locations, and distributor orders. This offer applies to orders totaling CAD $150 or more after discounts and gift cards are applied. For certain remote areas (e.g., New Brunswick), the shipping cost might be higher, and you will receive a CAD $15 discount on your total shipping fee instead of free shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipments within the U.S. and Canada can be tracked via USPS, FedEx, Canpar, or other selected carriers. International shipments may be tracked via USPS or other carriers depending on the destination. If you encounter issues tracking your package, contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in checking its status.

Customs Duties

For international orders (outside of Canada), customs duties will almost always apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For shipments to the United States, customs duties are rare but may still occur. We are not liable for any customs duties imposed by local authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

For the following U.S. addresses:

- Military Addresses (FPO, APO)

- Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands (zip codes 006-009)

- Hawaii and Guam (zip codes 966-969)

- Alaska (zip codes 995-999)

Shipping to these addresses may take around 21 business days or more. Once the package leaves the continental U.S., we cannot guarantee final delivery, and the buyer assumes responsibility for the package. Additional charges may apply, and the final shipping rate will be displayed at checkout. We prefer shipping to non-military addresses within Canada and the continental U.S. to ensure guaranteed delivery.

Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment

We ship worldwide using various carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canpar, and others, depending on the destination and product type. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to some international destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their country of import, and we cannot estimate these charges.

All orders of $100 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to be fulfilled before shipping. International orders may vary. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, Monday will be the first day we can fulfill your order. Our working hours and shipping schedules are based on Canadian holidays, and we are closed on all major Canadian holidays.

When placing an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated based on item availability and the shipping option chosen at checkout. If you purchase a "pre-order" item, please note that ship dates are estimated and may vary depending on when we receive the product.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use.

 No Guaranteed Delivery Time

Please note that we do not provide guaranteed delivery times. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are only estimates and can vary significantly due to customs, local handling, and other factors beyond our control. Please do not use the carrier-provided estimates as grounds for claiming late delivery or demanding refunds from us. The delivery times are managed by the carrier, not by us.

Lost Package Policy

Lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier and are outside of our control. If your package is lost, please report it to us, and we will assist you by shipping a replacement package. If you choose to cancel the order instead of receiving a replacement, we will process a refund, but it will not include the original shipping fees. We encourage customers to report any lost packages to us promptly so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return-Refund Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations  

Once an order is confirmed and paid, changes or cancellations may not be possible as it might already be processing. Contact our customer support team via email or phone for assistance. If the order hasn't shipped, we may still be able to help.

Return Notification
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance during our office hours if you need to cancel or return an order. Our office hours are:

  • Monday: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
  • Tuesday: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
  • Wednesday: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
  • Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time

If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways. The fee will vary depending on your location. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional processing time for the refund once we have received your retur

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the refund will only cover the cost of the product itself, excluding any original shipping fees.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange: 

Due to sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on powders, liquids, bits, brushes, builder gel, soft gel tips, and gel nail colors. Additionally, please be aware that actual colors of gel nails and other products may vary from what is displayed on your screen or the packaging bottle. The printed color on the packaging can differ significantly from the digital representation, so do not rely on the packaging as a color reference. No exchanges or refunds are offered on these items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us before sending it back. We may not need the item returned, and we will not be responsible for shipping fees if the item is sent back without prior contact. We will replace any item damaged or with a manufacturer defect within 30 days of delivery if necessary. Please provide photos or videos of the defect when contacting us.

Processing Refunds

Refunds typically take up to four weeks from the time you return the package. This includes transit time to our facility (5-10 business days), processing time once received (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days). Refunds will only cover the cost of the product and will exclude the original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Manufacturer Warranty Items  

Items under a 1-year manufacturer warranty require the customer to purchase the Flat Rate Repair Service and mail the item to Fanair Cosmétiques Repair Department in a properly packaged box for evaluation. If the item qualifies for warranty repair, the Flat Rate Service fee will be refunded upon completion of the repair. For specific questions regarding warranty periods, extended warranties, or coverage, contact us at info@fanaircosmetiques.com.

Company Responsibility for Returns

If the issue with your order is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover all associated costs, including shipping fees for returns and exchanges. Please contact us immediately if you encounter such an issue, and we will guide you through the return process.

Orders placed within 5 business days before a promotional start date are eligible for the promotion. There is no need to cancel and reorder.
